  • No portfolio? No problem! We will help you craft a portfolio for success.

For those who already have a portfolio, your coach will evaluate it during your first session, providing initial feedback to set the direction for your growth. As you progress, your coach will continue to critique and guide the development of your portfolio, aligning with your evolving artistic goals.

If you do not have a portfolio at the start, don't worry. After six months of engagement in our program, we will assist you in establishing one. This process will include incorporating work completed in the last six months as well as any prior relevant work. For those who already possess a portfolio, this six-month mark will be an opportunity to refine it further, integrating new work and insights gained from the program.

Typically, your portfolio undergoes an initial review during your first coaching session, followed by subsequent reviews every six months. This structured approach ensures that your portfolio accurately reflects your artistic journey and showcases your skills and development effectively.

  • Your student Coordinator will work to match you with the best available Coach for your needs. If you are unsatisfied with your assigned Coach, reassignments are possible, but not always available.

  • All our coaching sessions are conducted virtually using Google Meet. This platform enables us to provide a flexible and accessible coaching experience, no matter where you are located. With Google Meet, you can easily join sessions from the comfort of your home or studio, ensuring a convenient and consistent coaching experience. You will receive a link for each session, which you can use to connect with your coach at the scheduled time.

  • No, it is not a requirement to be enrolled at New Masters Academy to sign up for our Coaching Plans. While we recommend being enrolled in NMA for a more integrated learning experience, we understand that every artist's journey is unique. If you choose not to enroll in NMA, that's completely okay. Our team is committed to creating a customized plan tailored specifically to your individual needs and artistic goals. Whether you are a part of the broader NMA curriculum or not, we ensure that your coaching experience is personalized, effective, and aligned with your personal artistic aspirations.

  • Absolutely! Our Coaching Program, which includes Master Mentorship sessions, Group sessions, and access to our community chat, is tailored to offer you a comprehensive amount of coaching time. However, we understand that you might sometimes feel the need for additional one-on-one time with your coach. To accommodate this, we offer the option to purchase an ‘Artistic Consultation’ session. This session provides an extra hour with your coach, allowing for more in-depth guidance and personalized feedback. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity if you feel it would benefit your artistic development.
